Arco Cleaning Maintenance Company (Arco Cleaning) was founded in 1946 by George and Jean Arco as a part time family business, which started with one small waxing machine.

Their son George Arco took over the business in the 1980’s and continued the growth of the family business by expanding the services beyond just floor waxing.  Today, over seven decades later, Arco Cleaning is considered the premier multi-service cleaning company for office buildings, businesses and private residences providing the following services:  office cleaning, janitorial services, electrostatic disinfecting, house cleaning as well as carpet, upholstery, and window cleaning. Arco Cleaning also handles post-construction, debris removal, move-in and move-out as well as real estate preparation for showings and sale. Emergency services are also available as well when needed.

Yes, we offer free cleaning estimates. We can give estimates on location or if enough information is provided on our call, we can give you an estimate over the phone.

Yes, Arco Cleaning is fully bonded and insured to protect you and our employees.

Different services have different costs associated with them. Depending on the job we will charge per hour and per person. Other services we charge on a per unit basis. Regular basis contract jobs are a flat price.

We mainly service Westchester and Putnam Counties. We will travel to pretty much anywhere in the New York Metropolitan area, but a travel surcharge could apply.

We offer complete custom commercial and residential cleaning contracts. Our contracts ensure cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on a regular basis.

We schedule one-time jobs on a first come first serve basis. Contract accounts are scheduled re-occurring as per the contract.

It typically takes between 1-2 weeks for us to clean carpets. If you need you carpets sooner, you can request for them to be done sooner; if our schedule permits, it will be done.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We can accept credit card payment over the phone as well.

Yes, we have commercial and residential references available upon your request.
